We are currently participating in a clinical research study of a new investigational multifocal (Trifocal) intraocular lens (IOL) here in our Columbus office. Multifocal IOLs have been developed to improve full range vision — near, intermediate and far distances. You may qualify to take part in this study if you currently have cataracts in both of your eyes. If you are eligible and decide to participate in the study you will be asked to return for examinations to evaluate your vision.
